What actually matters is what you achieved in the position you held: optimized operations; led teams; motivated people; established relationships with clients; introduced new ideas etc. = created value for your organization. Theoretically if you hold a higher position you have more opportunities to demonstrate needed achievements but it doesn't mean that holding lower position you are deprived of chances of doing so. Such formalities as names of positions are much less important than the stories you tell about your actual achievements in the essays. 3. 2. Admissions would be less interested in the position itself then in the things you actually achieved doing whatever you did. The title of the position especially held in such an organization as retail bank in Ukraine would not impress/discourage anyone. Если все сложится удачно, то в 27 лет уеду учиться. В свое время в Нархозе занимался студенческой самодеятельностью, был ответственным за данный участок на всем факультете (есть достижения в этой области). 1. Очень хотел бы, чтобы Вы прокомментировали перспективы поступления в Harvard с таких позиций. 2. Что принципиально важно для комиссии: достигнуть конкретного уровня в компании или увидеть карьерный рост кандидата? 3.
